Aw heck, Dutch, now I am going to have to listen to the chatter more closely! Canadian is possible, but I am not hearing the "eh?" at the end of sentences....."Stay with your leader, eh?"
. Canadian accents and northern midwest US accents are pretty close in some ways, but the "eh?" is tell tale.
German and Japanese voices in games usually have that "angry" tone and I think that comes from the movies (where they are always angry).
