You don't know what is WIP and what not. Oleg has the right sense for polishing the details, he just proved that with todays screenshots.
However, it is possible, and in your case very likely, that
you'll not be satisfied in whatever form this game hits the shelves.
But don't despair, there's help:
First: You don't have to buy it
