Dunno if it's possible to create or change a spell with a mod but it could be a good thing for some spells which are not usefull or usable now.
I think to :
+ Helplessness (mass the third level but decrease effect to -45% def)
+ Plague (mass the third level but reduce effect to -20% HP - like necromancer charge)
+ Summon thorns (that the dryads have) as a Distortion spell ('cause that's the only magic that has no "eternal" summoning spell)
