As for Spitfires, it is faster than the IX and able to give a XVI a good run for its money.
The G-10 should be in the list.

I am not sure I agree with you about the G-10, I have not yet flown it in battle, but I have been flying the G-2 a lot lately. The armament is simply putrid. It could not take down a plane that was made out of cardboard. I believe it is because of the Russian bias in the making of the game...but thats a whole seperate debate.
I have so many times gotten loads of hits on an enemy plane just to be blown out of the sky by their team mate, or Ill damage them...but not get credit for the kill when they go down. I can only get a kill when I manage to get a direct hit on the cockpit with the cannon.
Sadly, I'm back to the G-6/K-4 combo.
Its a known fact that the 109F was superior to many versions of the Spit...not the case in this game, but I have to accept it.
