Are you talking about Rob Cuttlefish's hideout? Then you can't pick it up early on since you need to be powerful enough to take out the guard who is around level 20 I think (and equivalent invincible enemy stacks).
On the other hand, a Call Colossus from 120 chests is quite probable at level 8.
