Make sure you have 1.16.4 version and click on 'recruitment' in the multiplayer game lobby, find a team and click 'To the front'. Once the server find enough players for your game it will start automaticly. Be patient though sometimes you'll have to wait for hours to find a game. Its not many people who plays rated games because of the crapy severs. It sucks you can't host your own rated games.
