The Logitech one is probably OK, but beware that it can only be used with a PC as is has USB innterface only.
The one I linked to in this thread has SPDIF interface which is more standard for 5.1 sound, and can hence be used in a home theater as well (be shure that your PC has SPDIF/digital audio out for that one
