I moved to Mac aeons ago, and just buy a new console when the new Xbox editions come out. For the price of just and upgrade in the PC world, I get years of happy gaming on my Xbox. Sure, I had one die, once, so what? Still cheaper than monkeying around on the PC machine.
My Mac does all the other stuff a computer should do - internet, word, whatever, and by not being a PC gamer, I don't have to upgrade my Mac as often either. Which means I can buy all the Xbox games I want, when they come out!
Win. Just win.

Almost my exact rational. The upgrading is just ridiculous, and I'm loving my mac/360 combo. My only regret is the inability to play 1946(have I made that clear enough yet?
