I have pictures of captured Zeroes in US Navy markings.
The Japanese captured enough Dutch Buffaloes to equip two army squadrons, who were desperate to have something better than the obstelete A5M "Claude" and Ki-27 "Nate" fixed undercarriage mono-planes. There are numerous photos on line and propoganda film footage.
The Soviet Hurricane is actually an RAF fighter from 247 wing operating from Murmansk, northen Russia. After a friendly AA fire incident, the RAF adopted Soviet markings.
