I just figured it out!!!!!! Under compatibility I had to select the "
disable display scaling on high DPI settings" and it fixed it fine!!! Didn't have to do this on the RC, though that computer has a 9800GTX+ in it with different drivers so that may be it or something that changed from teh RC to the GOld version. Either way I'm now a happy man again.
