I had gotten pretty good at it on the gamepad but moving to the Ace Edge feels like starting over. Has anyone else had this experience of having a steep learning curve with moving from the gamepad to a stick set-up?
Also, the most frustrating thing is setting trim, with having a little bit of a deadzone (but really, its not that bad) it is really hard to get it right quickly, does anyone have a good method?
Also are there any controls options, or even a diagram for the Ace Edge in-game? Does anyone know where the change view button is? I can't seem to find it.

Practice, practice a little more, some more practice, and I think you can think of the rest. It was a big difference switching to the AV8R, but once I had it down, it was way better than the controller.
