Simple logic 'Oleg'. With the exception of IL2 all subsequent releases (FB, AEP, PF, 1946) were made in the first quarter of the year of release, with the majority happening in March. Humans are creatures of habit, so logic says 1C is working to the same schedule for SoW, unless there is a major competitor release on the horizon which would change this, and I can't see one. In the absence of any better info, this clock reflects my own opinion and I'll change it as official info emerges
