In the simulation mode tutorial you are ask/told to press A button to adjust trim and then use the X button for combat flaps and i forget the other setting. Anyway while flying and pressing X button you get a screen notification as to which setting you are on (combat or other) but with the A button for trim i never notice any notice. Do you have to use your left stick in conjunction with the A button to set it variably ???
