Have just bought this game... Couple of questions
 

1) In multi-player and training mode i cant choose the difficulty? What gives do i have to unlock it ?

2) Also has anyone got the XBOX360 version? Fancy a game?

In the single player, keep up with the tutorials. There is one for realistic and sim mode that you must complete to unlock those difficulties.

The bottom 2 training missions are called Realistic and Simulation, these are the 2 you need to complete to unlock the difficulty settings (online, SP misisons/campaign and training mode).
