Brightness (Sun Glare - Whites) in the game

I just played the demo today. I think the brightness in the game (especially sun glare, whites in the sky) is extreme.

I dont have this problem in any other game -so it is not the TV. The in-game brightness setting is 0 by default.

Anyone experienced this?

I think it's not the brightness alone, but it also needs to let you customize your contrast so you can make the brightness less 'glarey'.

maybe a deliberate ploy by the dev to encourage people to "come out of the sun" in mp......the defaults in many depts seem a little extreme in the demo...

I kind of agree with you. The game isn't necessarily bright but almost washed. I noticed mostly when getting shot at: you can't really see the tracers or the 'smoke' (what ever the stream is) from the bullets making it REALLY difficult to see where you are getting shot at from.
