Falling through the ground
 

I haven't been playing Cryostasis for a long time, but I've encountered a bug that I do not know how to fix.

Whenever I fight a zombie when standing on ice, it happens.
When the zombie hits me, it sends me falling down through the ice and into some weird underground place where I can't move around too much.
Is there any way to fix this so that I don't fall through the ground anymore?

&&: I should also mention that this has been happening during the 'Forest' level.

Maybe the recent patch can solve this issue
