september 15th is the release date?
 

on the website it says pre order and every game seems to be launching the 15th!

this is good as it will give them plenty of time to polish the multiplayer (i hope , i want this game to be successful and its neccessary to do at least a beta test on XBL since this is their first live title!)

Yeah, I noticed that too. Later than I hoped, but I can wait for it.

Hopefully everything is polished and patched up by then.

no , usually when retailers recieve a date its just a guess so people can pre order games.

you would not believe how much money gamestop makes on those 5 dollar reservations that dont mean anything since games dont go out of stock anymore

Well the day before they took pre-orders on Gamstop and Ebgames. The date changed to 9/15 09. The game was mentioned on G4 TV when they were live at E3 and they said 9/15/09. Now I have been a gamer since I was 5yrs old and my Gut tells me, that date is the most current "Best guess". I wouldn't bet money on it ,but thats what I'm rolling with, based on the unconfirmed info that I have seen and heard, here and there.
