hello , can anyone help me , I am stuck on chaper 4 the strong hold,

I have found the key to the sewers and the gas mask ,

but i cannot get thought the gas because , the gas mast

wont stay on is this meant to happen thanku

The gas mask should work. You've found a bug. No guarantees but try replaying from your last checkpoint save. It sometimes clears these quirks.
