Is my gamed bugged or not?
 

Because maybe I have not done something that is preventing me from doing things in the game.

Anyways i downloaded the patch and I have not been able to speak to a few NPC's in the game that I had in a previous game. I can speak to some NPC's but not others.

For instance i can not speak to the dwarf near the code board thing in upper hadar. Can not speak to the old brook and the guy next to him (Ribas)with the little boat in the water in hadar. Can not speak to dreghen in upper hadar.

I have already completed treaty with dwarf king so is my game bugged or did i miss something?
