ERROR: Could not Initialize DirectX 9/10 Render

Hello,

I always get the error message from above when I start the demo. I have the newest DirectX version.

Windows Vista Home Premium
Intel Core 2 Duo T5800
2GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce 9650M GT Mobility
