Do you mean the cold brook? It is in upper hadar, you must take a lift, the one you helped the dwarf guy fix. I am not sure what elf you are talking about

This is the elf who wants the blue Ger something flower.

The dwarf was looking for a plant in the Underground sea, for making beer.

I can't remember which lift I helped to fix.

The elf is in a building north east of main castle in thousand rivers.

The barkeeper and brewery that you complete the quest for gathering plants are both in buildings on the north of the arden peaks map.

Look at your map for upper hadar, there is a area kind of north east that cannot be reached from upper hadar, you should be able to see the submarine and water from the other side of the wall. Just go down to lower hadar and up the corresponding elevator, it is in the north east.

Making notes on the map will mean a world of difference.

The flower hippie elf that needs this flower for his wanna be fiancee (I bet his fiancee is a male elf) is in the thousand rivers map - where the main "cursed elf queen" castle is - in the elven harbor like part (upper right) corner.

The dwarf inkeeper is near the place where was the destination of the other "traveling" dwarf you had to escort to his house - if you don't remember - travel to the dvarven diligibre - near the dwarven king's castle - and go the one way (if you start at the castle of the dwarven king, continue down the way where is the diligibre (flying ship) and then you just continue (there are no further cross rouds) ) - the inkeeper is in a house that you will surely recognize (there are 3 only anyway).

For the fixed lift I can't give you screenshot (am at work now :() but when you open the map of the dwarven underground, it is somewhere in upper right part - there are only 3 lifts in the upper right area.
