Help Carl with his love affair.....

The quest says to find Martha in Marshan Swamp to give her the Rejuvenation Potion. I've searched all over the swamps and there's no way to find her. Any suggestions?

She's in the building close to the fountain of mana, near her mom (the witch's) hut.
