Where is the portrait of sir radcliff?

Im in the castle looking for the picture. Do I just keeping touching the pictures until I find the right one? Or is thee a specific one to touch?

It's downstairs in the throne room. There are only maybe two portraits down there, so take your pick. IIRC it was the one on the far wall (far being relative to the entrance to the castle)

Related to same place. Where is the torch that opens secret passage that headless skeleton tells about after you give him his head? I found one torch in throne room next to stairs that changed looks of cursor but clicking it didn't seem to do anything.

it is in the middle of the passage that skeleton sits in (little bit further than a entrance to middle room)

Yep - so if you continue to go down the same passage where the sceleton is, you will pass the royal bedroom, soon you will see that the color/type of the walls start to change, on your left will be small dead end with two torches (both work in the same way) touch any of these torches.
