Question About Radar

Hi, I am trying to get working radar script:

1.What is the purpose of adding "StaticX" in new ObserverStation object....
2.Do I have to change it every mission if Srtatic0 for instance may be somwhere else on the map?
3.Does it always have to be Stationary.Radar type?
