Broadcastings as NDB

Really I don't know if this is a bug or not:

The broadcastings (BBC, Radio Honolulu, Grossdeutscher Rundfunk, etc.) don't work as they are intended.
The default sound files (v4.10) should last about 20 minutes with a sort of music and speeches. But in game, when any of them is tunned for to use it as a NDB, the sound does a short loop of about 30 seconds from the start, and then restart from the beginning.

As far as I remember, I had not experienced this glitch before the 4.12 patch.

How could it be fixed?
