Calling one-eyed furbs
Your shot here is the only example that I have ever seen of a 109 with heavy weathering...do you remember any of the particulars: fmb, quick mission or is it just a skin you had. I have never been able to use the weathering even though I can select it. Maybe my old game is corrupt :(

I think the only way it works if you "create" the plane, and mission in the full mission builder.

It wouldn't work 99 percent of the time until I bought a new pc. Now it works whenever I want it to.

Thanks Jaws...what I'm really interested in is the physical "aging" weathering. I want to fool around with that a bit to see if it worked at all. Neither one of the weathering sliders will write to my file :) |
some progress :-P...for it to work in fmb (old game) you need to have at least one other airplane in your group. I will fly a full tank of fuel at 100% aging to see if I get a random system failure

Glad you figured it out. I just checked it. It works in FMB.
Got to click on them to get the full size original screenshots. http://s15.postimage.org/lia6fwouj/Screenshot60526.png pic upload |
Na physical weathering don't work, interestingly Kegety dumps a 109 folder when the physical weathering slidder is used, but nothing is written to my user file.
