Can you please explain is it bug or not...
 

I started the game as Skald on normal. I am not familiar with such game(s) so it is understandable. First, i earn almost no money. It is strange but i do not receive anything after battle. Also, the leadership rises very slowly. Now, i cleared all four islands in the first campaign and my hero is still level 7. I passed all quests that can on these four islands and reached the giant spider. It is obvious that with such army defeating him is impossible. Can you please advice what is wrong? I read here that some players are at the same time of challenging him at level 17 and above. How come? :confused:

If you have cleared all 4 islands and you are still level 7 something very strange is going on. As a skald on normal I was fighting the spider at about level 20. Are you sure you have completed all the quests and killed all the wandering stacks on the islands?

Leadership rise for the skald is 20*new level so at level 7 you should have got +140 leadership - do however remember the trophies (middle left of the hero screen) as zero loss battles will give you increased leadership (up to +1000 for the level 3 medal). I would suggest aiming to get the first level of that medal before leaving the first island if at all possible.

Level 7!? I’m sorry but I have to be unbeliever here, even going on easy mode I don’t see how you can clear rest of the islands. We are not only talking about stopping in increasing leadership but also you don’t get advancement in your skills trees because lack of new runes. Later on you face army with stacks of hundreds of units, I’d love to see how level 7 takes on that WITHOUT cheats.

on normal, you get around lvl 5 when you clean first island, no way to clear all 4 islands until level 7. there have been posts about a bug that ends battle with no xp reward but i cant find them right now,

It was an obvious bug - i installed again the game and now everything runs fine more or less... Just curious if it is normal now on lvl 3 on island 1 i have 100K... :confused:

Leadership? Bug. Gold? possible depending on how you play and the units used.
