Do Christa Gift work on undead now?
 

I know they receive damage if they take the chest but are they forced to take it or they are immune to mind spells?

Edit: Actually it seems it doesn't work at all:-(

Edit2: Well, I know now - there is a hotfix for it. But it doesn't seems to fix the problem the rage skills gain no XP at all.

Stupid developers. Deleting...

which fix is that? and what version build you have, i have updated to v1.3.1 build 6250 and Christa's gift isnt working on any:(

Somewhere in the bugs topic I found a link for the quickfix. But overall now the game is more bugged then it was after the 1st patch:-(

damn :( right now i stopped playing because i refuse to go further without Christa's gift, its a very good skil early on, expecialy if i try to do flawless on warrior :( if you can link it pls, i had no luck finding the hotfix.

I read it there; but I don't know how you get the fix itself.

is this one of those "start a new game for the fix to work" patches? Because... if so, my Rage will skyrocket to 60. Who in their right mind makes such patches?

it probably is, and its not a standalone patch:( its probably released via steam.
i was hoping for something i could fix within a lua or get offline.

I still do not understand why some fixes work instantly and why other require a new game...

have you found where Christa's Gift is coded? i'm still looking maybe we can compare files see what modifications have been done in the latest steampatch

Found Christa's Gift - in ses.kfs, look for these two:

-greed_controller.atom
-greed_effect.atom

Can't really understand much from the data in the files, but maybe you can make heads or tails of it.

EDIT: I think money_greed.atom and pseudobox_greed.atom are related, too.
