A Track Ir 4, If you want one.

Hi everyone,

I've come back quickly to ask if anyone would like to have my Track Ir 4. I gave away my old Track Ir 3 to a community member, when I purchased the 4, and now have upgraded to the 5.
The only problem with my 4, which is why I just purchased the 5, is that the Track Clip Pro broke. Everything else, however works just fine.
I will also send the Track Clip Pro, because someone might have more patience than me, and fix it. The Track Clip is fine and I will send that with everything else as well.
Last time, when I sent the Track Ir 3, I paid for all the postage etc, so you don't need to worry about that part of it. I sent it from Australia to America and it wasn't that expensive anyway.
I don't know who it was I sent the last one to, but it was someone that I saw in the forum who couldn't afford to get Track Ir. I would like to send this one, free of charge, to someone who also can't afford to purchase one for themselves.
I don't want anything for it, nor expect anything in return. This is just a little way of helping out our community, other than the techo stuff, that I'm not the best at.
There's no competition or anything, I'll just send it to the person I think will benefit the most out of it. Just private message me and we'll go from there. I'll check my messages in a few days.

Kind Regards,
Banned.

That is a very generous offer... I could never get my track clip to work right.. I wound up not using it and I just put the hat on..

Wow you guys really do exist. Just knowing that, is awesome on it's own and of course I would love to have your TiR become mine as I've never tried flying with head-tracking, but I probably don't qualify to be in the "can't afford" demographic.

Kudos on the gesture from me, hope you find a worthy pilot.

Nice post Banned, hope it finds a good home.

I was given my first TIR3 by a mate, used it for a while then brought my TRI5, gave away my TIR3 to a friend, he loved it, brought TR5 and moved the 3 on again, its a good way to get people into using it, once they do they never go back.

You would have to pry my TIR5 from my cold dead hands for me to give it up.

:) Lovely gesture ,if the person who receives it could also make the offer to pass it on if they upgrade as well,WELL DONE .

Well done! I gave my TIR3 away as well, tho to a personal acquaintance, no use having it cluttering up the closet.

Thank you to all

Thank you for your kind messages. A community member has suggested that I send it to a mate of his who, as a Military member, was wounded and is now struggling on benefits. I've decided to send it to him.
I'll certainly keep those of you who have written to me in mind when I next upgrade.

Kind Regards,

Build your own track clip powered by usb with active ir diodes and make it a bit larger. i am using my old sefmade track clip and it is much better tracking, because the diodes have better angles. the track clip pro is weekly built.
