msvcr71.dll error message
 
tried to start the game and got the message that said msvcr71.dll was not on my computer; I have a brand new Alienware cpu (2012). Had my computer guy install the file himself; it's there in the C/windows/system32 folder. Reinstalled the game, still the same error message. anyone have any ideas??:(

msvcr71.dll is part of Microsoft Visual C++, try to install it and that should fix the problem
