How to get to Isterreng/Istering ? Pls help

I'm stuck in the 3 island nordig, vestig and fastland. now, i need to go to
Isterreng/Istering but couldnt find the map. pls help

If I remember correctly you need to dig where is the sum tample. Where you get your valkyrie. You can also talk with the leader in Vestling and finish his quest and will give you the map of Isterreng. In summry just contine with the main quest.
