how do i get to riftland??? wheres New Kordar?

From New Kordar. South area, there is a portal that opens up when you talk to the Dwarf King (and successfully kill the 5/5 undead advance units).

how do i get to New Kordar?

From Arlania, there is a mine entrance there that gets you to Creiston mines and on to Kordar. I forget which quest allows you to enter the mines, though.

Saving elf girl "off of griffin island" (which is inside a cave) and doing the rig-a-ma-roll of going to Merlessar, Back to Arlania, Back to Merlessar, Back to Arlania.

Of course, this can only be done after you have gone through Demonis and beaten Guilford the first time.

Still on Arlania, it is a little island off the east coast that used to have a Griffin on the top and a mansion that used to sell level 5s (but now it wont' after guilford event).

is there some non attackable unit in creiston mines just near the entrance to kordar and in kordar or is that bug, or maybe i become friend with them

You cannot enter until certain events happen.
