Can't find elf off Griffin Island

Looked everywhere, where is she? I can't proceed with the main quest until I find some allies.

EDIT: nevermind, found her inside the cave, guess I was mislead by "off Griffin Island".

It is kinda confusingly worded. they say her ship crashed near Griffin Island, so how she got all the way up in that cave is anyone's guess.
