Help with installing mods.
 

Hi everyone. This is my first post on this forum so bear with me.

I've been playing the game for a few days now and started surfing this forum. I don't really wanna spoil it with mods until I finish it the first time but I do want this specific mod:

It's supposed to enhance the treasures you find in the...well,treasure chests.

Now , I really would like to install this but I can't seem to get it to work , and the thread has no installation guide.

I'm going for Kinbs bounty Crossworlds - Armored Princess.

Any help would be appreciated.

First welcome to forum, hope you have much fun with KB series.

About installing mods you need to go to your game folder expl - c:\games\kings bounty\armored princess\sessions\orcs\ ... there you`ll find 2 archives .kfs type locations.kfs and orcs.kfs.
Open/extract orcs.kfs with winrar/winzip and in that new folder copy/replace files from mod you mentioned (better chests digging) with those already in folder. Close folder and start game, that`s it.
If you get any problems, just delete folder orcs that you extracted, and leave original orcs.kfs archive and game will take it`s data from it.

So let me get this right. I create a new folder in orcs folder, unzip orcs.kfs in the 'new folder' folder , replace files with my modded ones and...thats it ?
