AI bomber damage, bug?
 

When I shoot at He-111's in FMB, I shoot only the right engine with just a couple of bullets, and even though the left engine hasn't received a single hit it will immediately start leaking white coolant smoke and will eventually shut down.

And no matter how long I pound the right engine and no matter how many hits it receives it won't start leaking that thick white smoke. Always the left one with not a single hit on it but than in dies minutes later.

the damage model is the only thing that is now satisfactory with this 'final patch'. I can assure you I do not have the same problem. Check your convergence settings, my bet is that your bullets are crossing over hitting all over the plane, possibly not even hitting the right engine but rather the right wingtip and left engine, especially if you are in spitfire...

I pay attention to the damage model very closely and every mission I do with bomber engagements there are many He111's limping back to France with 1 engine. No such problem here.

I have tested this many times. with different convergences, even 100/100, and shoot at the right range, but still, left engine radiator goes first...
