[Help]Quest the Smuggler tool

Hi, I searched through out the Abadoned mine but cant found the tools (picks and shivel).
It need to Dick or you buy it ? thanks!

They are buried, you'll need to dig them up. Wander the area and either spam the dig key, or move slowly and watch for the buried chest indicator.
