Election time! Which movie do I do: "Ju-88 Convoy Attack" or "Hurri Summer, pt.2"?

Hi all,

I have some free time until Friday, so I should be able to finish up a new movie... - But which one? :)

Inspired by the US Election Season I therefore present you with two candidates:

The movie with the most votes will be the one posted on Friday!

I enjoy all your work...would have voted for the Ju's if you would have added dive bombing the Tommy ships!Dive bombing in a Ju-88 is some kind of fun...no auto pull out either...

I'm reminded of a beautifully done sequence at the beginning of a great British wartime film starring Noel Coward ,titled In Which We Serve(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETIGH22Dfn0 ,)which features at the beginning of the film,Ju-88s bombing a British destroyer. It was so well done that for years & years I thought they used a captured Ju-88 to do the low levl passes that were shown.Only in the last year or so did I find out it was done with superb model work...it is almost impossible to tell.See this site for details:

As a film maker it might perk your interests!

Thanks, very poignant clip (around the ten minute mark)... On the receiving end it wasn't much fun.. - Very surprised to see that they used real Ju-88s! (Ah, they're models!)

BTW James, how is it to dive bomb with the Ju-88 in CoD? I never tried it. They should only dive at around 30 degrees, right?

Ah but they aren't real...they are big models...very very well done sequence!
Ju-88's are built tough & dive bombimb is terrific...speed builds up quickly even with speed brakes & target fixation is to be avoided as pull out is slowere than with Ju-87.
BTW My own homage to shipping attack:

Great painting, and one I haven't seen in your web site... - Did I miss it?

Glad to hear you like my little movies. I really like your art work: that's real art! My favourite among your paintings is Early Launch of the Doolittle raid. I love the subdued, almost monochromatic lighting and the wet glistening of the deck. Also the muscular shape of the B-25s is captured perfectly. I'll ask my wife to give it to me for a birthday present, I think... :)

Oh, the poll was moved to the movies forum.... Guess there won't be many votes then... :(

Could I request that it is moved back into the main forum?
