newbie asking help with patching

I just bought COD from steam. Steam has the game updated to 1.05.15950. Can i just install the latest patch from friday or do i have to install a sequence of patches?

hey m8 you just need latest patch- extract to C program files x86 - then steam - then steam apps- then common - then high lite cliffs of dover put her there your done , ask ok to over write yes to all salute
