New Patch Install Issue Fixed-Can't use Winzip
 

Thanks Chasing_Fear for the answer.
Tried to extract rar using Winzip. Norton got in the way the first time so I disabled it. Then it still wouldn't start, got to the "plane in reticle" screen then quit. Tried to re-extract about 4 times- same result.
Fear suggested using Winrar to extract and it worked.

I use 7Zip as it is a very handy program. Free and easy to use.

Winzip worked fine for me. Make sure you have User Account Control disabled, and you have the option to overwrite existing files checked.

Winzip will work, but you have to go to properties, of the winzip download and check "unblock" then all the files will be extracted properly.

Still 7Zip is better, no need to "unblock" or similar, just right click the archive and go :)
