Is the second pic modified?

If not was it captured using V1.08 and what time did you use?

it was whit the 1.7 Beta, i only puted distorsion in the colors of the sun, and in the reflection on the water, no added colors, filters etc, vanilla, only more color, i dont remeber well but i think it just before the sun hides, i thin 20:30.
