<sarcasm>Well now that the laws of the USA apply to the entire world this should not be a problem... </sarcasm>

The whole situation is odd, if I received classified Chinese documents and published them in the USA would I end up extradited to a Chinese court??!? (the answer is 'no')

[EDIT] For the record: I don't care about the individual (I don't know Mr. Assange), but I do care about the rule of law.

what i understund is that the guy is charged by swedish justice, so the uk want to extradite him there.
sweden has a record of giving charged people to the us if its wanted by the courts there, so the guy is afraid that if he is extradited to sweden, sweden can extradite him to the us where they detain people without charges in military prisions

Mr Assange has not been charged with any crime, either in Sweden or in the USA. Swedish authorities are seeking to extradite him from the UK to Sweden 'for questioning' about alleged "sexual misconduct". The Equadorian authorities have invited Swedish prosecutors to interview Mr Assange in their emabasy in London, but oddly, Sweden had declined to do so. You rightly point out that the US has a history of detaining people without due legal process.

mr asenge is guilty of spreading horror that well could be photoshoped

the ancient mafia trick is to spread terror and then offer protection

try and inform yourself a bit better instead of sprouting paranoid conspiracy drivel

most information up till now publicized by wikileaks has proven to be correct and accurate. who knows, this might change in the future when they might be fed misinformation to deliberately discredit them, but doesnt seem to be that case so far. asange is simply a thorn in the side of those who are embarrassed by the leaks (usa mainly), and they are trying to shut him down by any means possible.

if you cant be bothered making an effort to inform yourself a little via some of the more reliable investigative news source, just add more tin foil to your hat and pop another pill.

the truth is out there, but you do actually have to go look for it. only posting the first weird thoughts that enter your head isnt a reliable alternative to finding truth or meaning in complex issues.

theres no compass which points to the truth, maybe the heart?

why didnt he aired the knowledge the usa have on aliens?

torotures horror blood, at least youll admit he had the same agenda than cnn to leave you in shock

is the world really like that? probably but MAY be not

easy, since nobody leaked information to him on that subject, he has nothing to post eh

its not because they received some valid information on a few topics, that they automatically have all information on everything else in the universe.

Before being charged I expect he would have to be arrested first. Assange is subject to a European Arrest Warrant in response to a Swedish police request for questioning in relation to a rape and sexual assault investigation. So he has been accused of, or has been implicated in those crimes.

I guess he must be pretty scared about going to Swedish jail to make up all that B.S. about political asylum, but since he has become well known he has always given the impression of being a show pony and a drama queen.

Since when has Sweden aquired a reputation for abusing human rights???

One has to be sorry for his victim. It could take years before she is given justice
