He-111 H-2 take off performance bug

Its impossible to recive take off perfomance of Jumo engine for take off in Heinkel bomber.
It should be around 2200 rpm with max ATA (on the ground!). Jumo in Cod on the ground can give only 1500-1650 of RPM so it isnt possible to start on He-111 with max take off weight.
