anyone noticed this ?

Hi folks

Sometimes in lengthy missions (offline), my plane suddenly stops in mid air while all other objects keep moving. No chance to unfreeze it again ? Did I accidentely hit some unknown button or what ?

Thanks

Are you pressing P?

HKLE 05-30-2012 10:49 AM

I'll give it a try tonight

... I do not know, how this happens. Just occasinally, I have this effect. Funny, that only my plane is frozen, everything else still is moving ....

I'll check it in the evening (in a few hours) and let youknow, if its the "P" ....

Thanks for the answer

It's not P, that pauses everything.

However I have seen that once too, but not in the plane I was flying, but in a bomber. Out of the lot on bomber did stop in mid-air at a waypoint, rest kept on flying.
Haven't seen it since then however.

Perhaps you had a stroke. Some of us are getting on a bit. It may not be the game at all. Just time for a check up.

HKLE 05-30-2012 01:53 PM

well ..

as every other stroke patient, I am saying I'm fine, but

I should have had several strokes already weeks apart without knowing it ... :-)))

Seriously - I have seen this effect on more than one occasion already.

HKLE 05-30-2012 07:40 PM

well

it was not "p"

If I happen to be in this situation again, I'll try to make a video.

One "funny" consequence of the standstill in midair is, that even on the machine everything is physically correct. I had a damaged Me109 with glycol or other liquids draining out of some holes in the wings - and they fall directly down from the frozen airplane. Funny to watch ...

Damn,

I was always cautious about toothache but now, thanks to you guys, I will start being jumpy on every microstutter... :(

ROFL!

I have the same problem as reported on first post. It has happen to me in one of the german missions. Suddendly the plane stalls in mid air for no reason.

enriquegastelo 05-31-2012 03:57 AM
