Steam does not update to v1.06.17582 how to do manually?

I tried to udate via Steam (automatic updates) but nothing happens. COD still shows old v1.05.....

Can somone plz give a DL to patch and explain where to put this files into?
Haven´t played COD for long time and can´t wait to see some improvements...

You need to download and install manually from the link above...also download WinRAR to extract the files

Steam only updates official patches.The betas must be installed manually.

as other point before download from official link, and unzip the files in yer game's directory, also remember before lunch the game after update it, delete the cache folder in yer documents folder.
