Spawn Group Trigger

Can you have the same group spawn multiple times?

I have group A spawn at the start of the map.I have group B spawn halfway through the map.I then have group C spawn on the 100% group destroyed(trigger) of group A and also 100% group destroyed of group B.

Will this work?
