Exception Access Violation - Crash to Desktop
 

I get this error every now and again the game just crashes to desktop with this pop error.

How come it has not been fixed properly yet?

I had it once or twice pre patch but it was very rare. Now it seems to happen all the time. It happened just as the enemy units started spawning on the first usa expansion skirmish mission on co-op (Philippines).

I tried the German one and that seemed to work for about 30minutes until our re-enforcements spawned and then it crashed about a minute later.

I have this on every 2nd time i play a MP game.

As host or as client, the same applies. The closing sentence is to to with "quant_bullets".
The error code is;
eip=757e139d exception access violation

I run the current standard version 2.05.14, no mods.

this is annoying as every time this happens in a ranked game, it counts as an "early exit" giving players a bad rep for the wrong reason.

Judging by a google search on the subject, this error has been occurring since 2010. Any chance of a reply here?
