Question About Altitude Reports On Sceen

The Brits use the term "Angels" when reporting enemy aircraft locations on screen. What does that mean in terms of feet?

Angels 10 = 10,000 feet. An angel is 1000 feet.

Then I can assume "Angels 5 point 3" = 5,300 feet.
