I'm sorry but I don't really get all the hype about the Kindle: to me it's like a steam engined aeroplane :confused:

Maybe cos I like keeping my books on my shelf, or maybe cos if I lose a book it won't cost me 90 quid to get me a new one.. I dunno.. it's likely it will end up like the minidisc or dat tapes..

Sorry but being able to have hundreds of books (many of them for free) in a device that takes up less space than a single hardback is one of the main appeals for me, being able to download a new book on the spot without having to go to a bookstore or order it online is another. The ability to change font size for comfortable reading another... I could go on...
