You didn't see any point in covering Nintendo who sell more than the others, you didn't see any point in covering people who only use PCs for web browsing and don't game on anything electronic, you didn't want to cover people who game on PCs (which most people here do). This is pretty pointless don't you think?

yeah, crap poll lol. i was only interested in the 2 major protagonists To be honest. xbox and PS. i should have worded it different. and explained the intention of trying to ascertain what choice are made upon titles available on the 3 major platforms. nintendo PSP whatever doesnt count, yes its a console. but in no way relevant.

I don't have any, but most of my friends got PS3 for the blueray and media playing ability.

So long as you are only interested in two, whatever anybody else is interested in doesn't matter to you? If that's so, what makes you think that what you care about matters to anybody else?

Not relevant to you maybe, what about anybody else? Why would anybody else want to take part in your fantasy?

I have over the years purchased all three consoles (360, Wii, PS3). It doesn't really matter to me what platform it is I am playing on, what matters is if the games are appealing to me.
Honestly I have to say my pc is the platform with the most appealing content (CoD, Total War series, Company of Heroes and such).
The Wii at this point is a candidate for a trade in at my local game store.
The PS3 is mainly used by my son.
The 360 I purchased only very few titles for recently (LA Noir, Skyrim, FIFA series). The most use I get out of the 360 is streaming movies.

I btw bought Skyrim for the pc as well and I have to say it looks extremely better on pc. Todays upper middle class to high end pcs are at the very least a full generation ahead of consoles, which have already exeeded their traditional lifespan of 5 years before the next generation should come out.

But in this economy it seems at least Microsoft and Sony are going to try and get another 2 or 3 years out of the current generation. Nintendo's Wii was never a next generation console, so it seems they have plans to come out with something new.
