I'd like to try Il-2 Clod online with some other pilots. Not interested in a squadron (can't keep up with it, only have few hours a week to play CloD. If you want to do some coops-multiplayer pm me.

No need of a squad. Many of us, the so said lonewolfs are recruiting right on airfield to fly in pair. Just picjk-up a server and show up at engine start and pick up your leader. Then simply position yourself as a wingman and watch any comment in the chat bar.

Pls don't fly in trail (in your leader 6) where it's wld be difficult to keep an eye on you (and your 6:!). Fly aside at moderate distance (distance might be a function of how hot is the situation). Your leader wld be in your 9h/10h30 or 1h30/3h.

If you are leading, don't fly at full throttle. Always keep a 10% margin of power for your wingman.

I'd say the best way to find a wingman online is to join one of the dedicated servers and join their Teamspeak server. Voice comms are great, and everyone is super friendly.

Just hop on and join up with whoever's in the air. Usually it turns into a "big wing" formation of 5 or 6 guys crushing everyone they come across.

I'm in Europe, any suggestions on servers I should play on?

If you're in Europe I imagine you'll find the Repka servers best, but there are a lot of Brits on ATAG during their prime time.
